Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

  1. Veterinary Simulator Industries, developer and manufacturer of veterinary simulators for students in animal healthcare education, was acquired by 3B Scientific, via its financial sponsors 1315 Capital and G Square Healthcare Private Equity, through an LBO.
  1. Armorvue Window And Door, manufacturer of impact-resistant windows and doors for hurricane protection, was acquired by Window Nation, via its financial sponsors Adams Street Partners and AEA Investors, through an LBO.
  1. BioVectra, provider of contract development and manufacturing services for intermediates and active pharmaceutical ingredients, was acquired by Agilent Technologies for $925 million.
  1. Servi-Tech, manufacturer of aftermarket replacement parts for aluminum beverage can form and bottle-filling equipment, was acquired by American Holt, via its financial sponsor Arcline, through an LBO.
  1. Bio-Vet, manufacturer of direct-fed microbial products for supporting animal health, was acquired by Anpario for approximately $7.3 million, with a contingent payout of $1 million.
  1. Gulf Tile, manufacturer of tile, stone, and marble products serving the Tampa and Sarasota markets, was acquired by Architessa.
  1. Hydro Flow Filtration Systems, manufacturer of carbon-based water filtration products, was acquired by ATLAS FILTRI NORTH AMERICA, enabling the acquirer to better serve its growing North American customer base.

Later Stage VC

  1. Monolith, manufacturer of carbon black and hydrogen gas using an eco-friendly process, raised venture funding from Azimuth Capital Management, Warburg Pincus, and Cornell Capital.

Seed Round, Angel and Grant

  1. HavocAI, manufacturer of small uncrewed surface vessels, raised $12.23 million of seed funding in a deal led by Scout Ventures and Trousdale Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $37.77 million.
  1. Reflect Orbital, developer of solar light reflecting panels designed to provide reflected sunlight at night, raised $6.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Sequoia Capital.
