PIPE

1. 1. Bayhorse Silver, a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral property interests, received CAD 1 million of development capital.
   2. Lion One Metals, a mineral exploration and development company currently focused on mineral resources in Fiji, received CAD 18.72 million of development capital.
   3. Silver Storm Mining, engaged in acquiring, exploring, and developing mineral properties, received CAD 13.77 million of development capital.
   4. Tincorp Metals, a mineral exploration and development company focusing on tin projects in Bolivia and a gold project near Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada, received CAD 375,000 of development capital.
   5. Visionary Metals, a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company for making new precious and base metals discoveries in Fremont County, Wyoming,  acquired a 9.9% stake in the company for CAD 1.22 million.
   6. Pacific Ridge Exploration, a copper-gold exploration company, received CAD 4.65 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition

7. 7. Nuclear Fuels, a well-funded early-stage exploration company for high-grade heavy rare earth elements (REE) and uranium targets in Labrador Canada, as well as district-scale uranium projects with known current and historical 43-101 ISR (In-Situ Recovery) amenable uranium resources in the United States, was acquired by Premier American Uranium.
   8. Basin Uranium, a junior mining company and has been engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, and mining of mineral properties, was acquired by Nexus Uranium.

9. 9. Gemdale Gold, a gold exploration company that offers gold exploration services, raised $1.18 million of seed funding.

Angel (individual)

10. 10. VMS Mining, a metals exploration company that discovers new, high-grade polymetallic mineralization, raised $49,352 of angel funding.
