Here are the top capital raises:
PIPE
- Montage Gold, based in Vancouver, Ontario, raised $130.59 million in a PIPE deal to advance its gold mining operations. (New Investor: Zijin Mining Group)
- Commerce Resources, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, secured $5.12 million in a PIPE deal to expand its rare earth element mining projects.
- Nevada Lithium Resources, from Vancouver, British Columbia, raised $4.35 million in a PIPE deal to develop its lithium extraction technologies.
- Ramp Metals, based in North Vancouver, British Columbia, raised $3.58 million in a PIPE deal to enhance its base metal mining operations.
- Silver Elephant Mining, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, secured $1.19 million in a PIPE deal to advance its silver mining projects.
- GoldON Resources, from Victoria, British Columbia, raised $380,000 in a PIPE deal to explore new gold mining opportunities.
- AJN Resources, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, raised $360,000 in a PIPE deal to support its exploration activities.
Early Stage VC
- Ion Protocol, raised $4.8 million in early-stage VC funding to innovate in blockchain technology for mineral trading. (Lead Investor: gumi Cryptos Capital)
- Great Lakes Crystal Technologies, located in East Lansing, Michigan, secured $2.4 million in early-stage VC funding to develop advanced materials for the semiconductor industry.
Later Stage VC
- Muon Vision, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, raised $2 million in later-stage VC funding to enhance its muon tomography solutions for mining exploration.
