PIPE
- AbraSilver Resource, mineral exploration company that offers investors exposure to silver, gold, and copper through projects at various stages of exploration, from drill-ready to PEA stage, received $1 million of development capital from Teck Resources through a private placement.
- Apex Critical Metals, focused on acquiring, exploring, developing, and evaluating mineral resource properties rich in Rare Earth Elements and Niobium, received CAD 2.52 million of development capital.
- Aurania Resources, junior mineral exploration mining company engaged in the identification, evaluation, acquisition, and exploration of mineral property interests, with a focus on precious metals and copper, received CAD 1,686 million of development capital.
- Cartier Resources, exploration company. Its activities include the acquisition and exploration of mining properties in Canada, received CAD 1 million of development capital.
- Graphite One, developing its Graphite One Project to become a producer of high-grade anode materials integrated with a U.S. graphite resource, received CAD 4.78 million of development capital from Taiga Mining and other investors.
Merger/Acquisition
- ALX Resources, principally engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral properties, acquired by Greenridge Exploration.
- Fission Uranium, junior resource issuer engaged in the growth and advancement of its core asset, the PLS Property, located in Saskatchewan, Canada, acquired by Paladin Energy for CAD 1.17 billion.
Later Stage VC
- Phoenix Tailings, provider of metal refining services intended to leverage untapped value within mining and refining waste economically and sustainably, raised $43 million of Series B venture funding from BMW Group, Yamaha Motor and MPower Partners.
Early Stage VC
- 360 Mining, producer of electricity and natural gas intended to provide homes and businesses with power, raised venture funding from Halliburton Labs.
