- Amaroq Minerals, an exploration company with a focus on locating high-grade gold deposits in Greenland, received CAD 48.9 million of development capital through a private placement.
- Argyle Resources, a company that acquires, explores, stakes, and evaluates natural resource properties in North America, received CAD 999,968 of development capital through a private placement.
- Baru Gold, an Indonesian-based Canadian mineral exploration company, received CAD 330,000 of development capital through a private placement.
- Beauce Gold Fields, a gold exploration company, received CAD 100,000 of development capital through a private placement.
- Cascada Silver, engaged in the business of exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in South America, received CAD 1.02 million of development capital through a private placement.
