  1. Purepoint Uranium Group Inc, a resource company that acquires, explores, and develops properties to produce uranium, received CAD 1.06 million of development capital.
  2. Volta Metals Ltd, a mineral exploration company that explores lithium, cesium, and tantalum in Canada and is led by a group of mining professionals, received $663,035 of development capital.
  3. Sage Potash Corp, a company that acquires, explores, and develops mineral properties, received CAD 6 million of development capital.
  4. IsoEnergy Ltd, a company that acquires, explores, and evaluates uranium properties in Canada, received CAD 51.215 million of development capital from NexGen Energy and other investors.
  5. Denarius Metals Corp, a company that acquires, explores, develops, and eventually operates mining projects in high-grade districts, received CAD 6.75 million of development capital.
  6. Blue Sky Uranium Corp, a company that discovers uranium in Argentina, received CAD 1.64 million of development capital.

Merger/Acquisition

  1. Angus Gold, a gold exploration company that acquires, explores, and develops mineral properties, acquired by Wesdome Gold Mines for $41.626 million.
  2. Anyox Copper, exploration and mining projects that operate in Anyox, Canada, acquired by TDG Gold.
  3. Calibre Mining, a multi-asset gold producer that holds a portfolio of exploration and development properties in Nicaragua, acquired by Equinox Gold for CAD 2.56 billion.
  4. Lumina Gold, a precious and base metals exploration and development company that advances mining properties, acquired by CMOC China for CAD 581 million.
