PIPE
- Galway Metals Inc, an exploration-stage company, received CAD 4.18 million of development capital.
- Spark Energy Minerals Inc, acquisition, exploration and evaluation of a mineral properties in Ontario, Quebec, and Brazil. Its projects include, Minas Gerais and Bahia Lithium Project, Goas Rare Earth Elements Project, Lithium Valley Lithium Project and Nova Energia Lithium Project, received CAD 2.35 million of development capital from Sorbie Bornholm and other investors.
- Thunder Mountain Gold Inc, a mineral exploration stage company, received $1.2 million of development capital.
- Tristar Gold Inc, a gold exploration and development company, received CAD 10.07 million of development capital.
- Super Copper Corp, a mineral exploration company the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of resource properties, received CAD 1 million of development capital from Apeiron Investment Group.
- Brunswick Exploration Inc, predominantly the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, receive CAD 3.5 million of development capital.
- Fury Gold Mines Ltd, a Canadian-focused exploration and development company strategically positioned in three prolific mining regions: James Bay, Quebec; the Golden Triangle, British Columbia; and the Kitikmeot Region Nunavut, acquired a 3% stake in the company for CAD 4.31 million.
- Loncor Gold Inc, a Canadian gold exploration company focussed on the Ngayu Greenstone Gold Belt in the northeast of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, received CAD 9.4 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Ascendant Resources Inc, a mining company, acquired by Cerrado Gold.
- Commander Resources, an exploration stage company, acquired by Enduro Metals.
