- Blue Lagoon Resources, engaged in the exploration of mineral properties, received CAD 390,500 of development capital.
- Homerun Resources, engaged in the exploration and development of minerals, received CAD 2.18 million of development capital.

- 79North, Operator of a mineral exploration and mining company intended to focus on the acquisition and exploration of gold properties, acquired by Miata for an estimated CAD 7.1 million.
- Osisko Mining Inc, a precious metal mining company. It is engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing precious mineral deposits, acquired by Gold Fields for CAD 2.16 billion.
