- Nanoviricides, discovers, develops, and commercializes therapeutics to advance the care of patients suffering from life-threatening viral infections, received $2 million of development capital through a private placement.
- Zentek, develops and commercializes IP that focuses on next-gen healthcare solutions in the areas of prevention, detection, and treatment, received $12.91 million of development capital through a private placement.
Later Stage VC
- Axoft, ultrasoft, minimally invasive brain implant technology that records neural activity and supports diagnosis and treatment of severe neurological conditions, raised $55 million in Series A venture funding.
- Nanotech Materials, nano-ceramic coating materials that improve thermal insulation and fire protection, raised $29.4 million of Series A venture.
- NovaSolix, full-spectrum rectenna arrays that provide cheaper and more efficient forms of energy than traditional photovoltaic devices, raised $3.94 million of venture funding.
- Peel Therapeutics, anti-cancer protein nanoparticles for the treatment of cancer, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding.
- Pumpkinseed, proteomics data platform that supports direct analysis of protein sequences and molecular activity, raised $20 million of Series A venture funding.
Seed Round
- Casimir, electric power generation devices that manipulate the structure of quantum field energy, raised $12 million of seed funding.
- INTALUS, nanotechnology, surface treatments, tribology, engineering, additive manufacturing, bioplastics, and medical applications that deploy materials and process them into the large-scale industry, raised $12.69 million of seed funding through the combination of equity and SAFE notes.
- Reprogram Biosciences, vivo cancer cell reprogramming therapies that focus on cancer treatment, raised $5 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
