Top 10 Nanotech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – November 16th – December 31st, 2025

PIPE

  1. MicroSalt, patent-protected and scalable manufacturing process for salt crystals that is approximately a hundred times smaller than traditional salt, reducing consumers’ sodium intake by half without compromising on flavor, received $2.02 million of development capital from Zeus Capital through a private placement.
  2. Nano One Materials, processing technology for the production of battery materials used in electric vehicles, energy storage, and consumer electronics, received $5.04 million of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

  1. Elektrofi, drug delivery platform that enhances subcutaneous administration, was acquired by Halozyme Therapeutics for $900 million.

Later Stage VC

  1. Nanoramic, energy storage systems and materials that offer innovative electrode technology, raised $55.67 million of Series 1 venture funding in a deal led by GM Ventures and Catalus Capital Management.

Early Stage VC

  1. DNA Nanobots, non-viral nanoscale biological delivery systems for therapeutic and research purposes, raised $3.5 million of venture funding.

Grant

  1. Cayuga Biotech, clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that addresses life-threatening hemorrhage by harnessing the body’s innate ability to stop bleeding, received $3.1 million of grant funding from Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium.

Seed Round

  1. Amphix Bio, therapeutic materials for regenerative medicine, raised $12.50 million of Seed-1 funding.
  2. Armonica Technologies, long-read deoxyribonucleic acid sequencing platform that sequences a complete human genome in minutes, raised $4.21 million of Seed-3 funding.
  3. NovoLINC, advanced thermal interface materials that enhance heat management in high-performance applications, raised $10.4 million through a combination of Seed+2 and Seed+1 venture in a deal led by TDK Ventures and Fathom Fund.
  4. SPhotonix, advanced optical devices that improve imaging, sensing, and communication systems, raised $4.5 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Creator Fund, Prosto Venture Club, and XTX Ventures.
