3. Kachina Petroleum Equipment Company, petroleum equipment and gas station services that serve fueling and retail operations in the markets in New Mexico and Southwest, acquired by D&H United Fueling Solutions through an LBO.
4. North Silo Resources, a leaseholding company that makes a positive impact on the energy markets, acquired by PEDEVCO through an LBO.
5. Orange Coast Petroleum Equipment, petroleum and lubrication products that support industrial and commercial operations, acquired by Northwest Pump & Equipment, through an LBO.
6. PEDEVCO, an oil and gas company that focuses on oil and natural gas development, exploration, and production, acquired by Juniper Capital Advisors and other investors through a $35 million LBO.

Early Stage VC

7. Creekstone Energy, an AI infrastructure and energy platform that powers next-generation artificial intelligence through integrated, sustainable and reliable energy services, raised Series B venture funding led by Trident Ridge.
8. OneRule, an AI-powered procurement automation platform that streamlines purchasing workflows, raised venture funding from Redbud VC.

Accelerator/Incubator

9. FuelDash, mobile fuel delivery services that provide convenient fuel refilling to vehicles at various locations, joined LvlUp Ventures and received funding.
10. Kestrel, agentic AI platform that helps users plan and execute autonomy for commercial and defense applications through plain-language problem framing, joined The Catalyst Accelerator as a part of its CAAMO cohort.
