- JessCo Solutions, manufacturer of vapor recovery units intended for the oil and natural gas industry, received development capital from Mathers Associates, Bluff Point Associates, Argentum and Climate Investment.
- Slant Energy III, provider of upstream oil and gas exploration and production services intended for strategic asset acquisition and development, received development capital from Pearl Energy Investments.
Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

- Moser Energy Systems, manufacturer of industrial natural gas power generators intended for oilfield services and commercial, industrial, and military applications, was acquired by Atlas Energy Solutions for $220 million.
- Roy Northern Land and Environmental, provider of environmental, and archaeological consulting services intended for forestry, mining, oil and gas, and energy industries, was acquired by Aim Land Services.
- Westbrick Energy, provider of energy exploration services intended to facilitate energy distribution, was acquired by Vermilion Energy for $746 million.
- Rhodes Manufacturing, manufacturer of above-ground tank systems for the petroleum, agriculture, and oil and gas industries, designed to provide customized storage and fluid containment solutions, was acquired by Con-V-Air.
- Rival Downhole Tools, manufacturer of downhole drilling and workover tools intended for the oil and gas industry, was acquired by Superior Energy Services.
- Comstock Fuels, supplier of lignocellulosic biomass refining solutions to produce cellulosic ethanol, gasoline, renewable diesel, sustainable aviation fuel and other renewable Bioleu fuels, received $14,000,000 of financing from Corp Marathon Petroleum.

- Porosity, developer of an automation software designed to simplify operations and regulatory compliance for oil and gas operators, raised $2.9 million of venture funding in a deal led by Flybridge Capital Partners.

- Valar Atomics, operator of an atomic energy company intended to create abundant and cheap gas out of thin air using atomic energy, raised $19 million of seed funding in a deal led by Riot Ventures.
