- Elicio Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company that advances novel immunotherapies for the treatment of cancer, including mKRAS-positive pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and other mKRAS-positive cancers, received approximately $15 million of development capital through a private placement.
- Freenome, a multi-omics platform that detects cancer at an early stage through a routine blood draw, received $240 million of development capital from Bain Capital Life Sciences, RA Capital Management, Perceptive Advisors, Farallon Capital Management, ADAR1 Capital Management and other investors through a private placement.
Merger/Acquisition

- CeeNU, specialized oncology pharmaceuticals for the treatment of brain tumors and Hodgkin’s lymphoma, was acquired by Septa Pharmaceuticals.
- FireFly Bio, an antibody-drug conjugate-based healthcare platform that treats cancer using degradable proteins, was acquired by Johnson & Johnson for $1 billion.

- Allotera Therapeutics, an allosteric drug discovery platform that identifies selective therapeutic targets for complex diseases, raised $150 million through a combination of Series C and Series C-1 venture funding in a deal led by Fidelity Management & Research Company.
- Core Biomedicine, precision oncology therapeutics that targets core lineage-dependent pathways in cancer, raised Series A venture funding in a deal led by Elikon Venture and UTokyo Innovation Platform Company.

- Sinopia Biosciences, a data-driven drug discovery platform that identifies and advances novel therapeutics, raised $2.82 million through a combination of Seed and Seed-1 funding.
