- Leap Therapeutics, biopharmaceutical company developing novel biomarker-targeted antibody therapies that treats patients with cancer by inhibiting fundamental tumor-promoting pathways, targeting cancer-specific cell surface molecules, and harnessing the immune system to attack cancer cells, received $58.88 million of development capital from Winklevoss Capital Management through a private placement.

- ONCO (Cancer Registry Services Division), software platform for cancer registry operations, was acquired by Savista.
- SunState Medical Specialists, healthcare services for comprehensive cancer and urology treatment, was acquired by Mid-Florida Cancer Centers, a subsidiary of OneOncology.

- DermaSensor, skin cancer evaluation technology that provides spectroscopy and machine learning technologies to detect skin cancer early, raised $16 million of Series B venture funding from Pier 70 Ventures, Kern Venture Group and GenHenn Capital.
