- The Oncology Institute, offers oncology services committed to improving cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, research, and education, received $16.5 million of development capital from Deerfield Management and other investors through a private placement.
Merger/Acquisition

- 2Seventy Bio, a cell and gene therapy company focused on the research, development, and commercialization of transformative treatments for cancer, was acquired by Bristol-Myers Squibb for $501.025 million.
- Ezra, developer of screening equipment designed to make early detection of cancer screening more accessible and affordable, was acquired by Function Health.

- Complement 1, operator of a healthcare platform intended to improve cancer-related health outcomes, raised $16 million of Seed funding in a deal led by Owl Ventures and Blume Ventures.
- Crosslink Therapeutics, developer of oncology therapeutics designed to treat cancer, raised $4.25 million of seed funding from Cure Ventures and other investors.
