- Myristol Enterprises, wellness supplements for animals, was acquired by Vet Custom Label.
Buyout/LBO
- GeniusVets, online pet health platform that helps millions of pet owners connect with veterinarians, was acquired by ProSites, via its financial sponsor Rockbridge Growth Equity, through an LBO.
- Safepath Laboratories, diagnostics company that specializes in rapid test development, research, and manufacturing intended for both veterinary and human health markets, was acquired by KVP International, via its financial sponsor Carmelina Capital Partners, through an LBO.
- Trueman Distribution, pet foods and related supplies for retailers, veterinarians, groomers, and feed stores across Western Canada, was acquired by Freedom Pet Supplies, via its financial sponsor Novacap Management, through an LBO.
Later Stage VC
- InkSpace Imaging, lightweight, body-conforming coils designed to enhance image clarity, workflow efficiency, and patient comfort in clinical and veterinary imaging, raised $10 million of venture funding.
- Herdstrong, cow health monitoring system for early disease detection in animals, raised $2.37 million of venture funding.
- Thera-Clean, microbubble technology platform for pet grooming, raised $74,540 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- CatsOnly Veterinary Services, feline-focused veterinary care services that establish a new standard in species-specific, emotionally intelligent healthcare for cats, raised $4 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity.
- Traini, pet behavioral AI-platform that trains and educates pets worldwide, raised $7.5 million of venture funding in a deal led by Banyan Tree Holdings, Nyx Ventures, and Silver Capital.
Angel (individual)
- Greenlight Pet ER, veterinary emergency care service for round-the-clock treatment of pets requiring urgent medical attention, raised $86,107 of angel funding.
