- ICON, developer of construction technologies designed to build 3D-printed homes for communities in developing countries, raised $56.17 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Norwest Venture Partners and Tiger Global Management.
- Lula, developer of property maintenance platform designed to streamline the maintenance process for property managers and their tenants, raised $28 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by PeakSpan Capital.
- Rental Beast, developer of an apartment rental database designed to empower brokers, agents, and landlords, raised $24.88 million of venture funding from Arkin Capital and other investors.

- Homa, developer of a real estate technology platform designed to simplify the home buying process by providing online tools, venture funding from Restive Ventures.
- Relive, developer of a digital real estate platform designed to allow consultants to efficiently create, manage, and expand their business, raised EUR 5.3 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Indico Capital Partners.
- Strata Platforms, developer of site selection software designed to streamline the location search process, raised $630,000 of venture funding from Founderville and other investors.
- Paykeeper, operator of an automated escrow platform intended for reducing cash transactions for construction projects, raised $499,999 of Series A3 venture funding.

Began his career at ABN AMRO Bank in Japan, and subsequently in The Netherlands in the Corporate Finance department. Was seconded to New York in 2006 to co-establish the ABN AMRO North America Corporate Finance M&A department and grew it by advising medium and large companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and capital structurings. Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
