- Blue Vigil, an autonomous aerial light that improves safety for nighttime construction, raised $125,000 of venture funding in the form of convertible debt financing.
- Civ Robotics, unmanned ground vehicles that automates layout and staking tasks for large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects, raised $7.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by AlleyCorp.
Early Stage VC

- digs, an AI-powered building tools that stores and manages documents, raised $4.34 million of venture funding.
- Concrete.ai, an artificial intelligence-driven platform that optimizes concrete mix designs for improved sustainability and efficiency, raised $5.22 million of venture funding.
Seed

- Klutch AI, an AI-powered construction workflow management platform that automates and streamlines workflow across the entire construction lifecycle, raised seed funding in a deal led by Bain Capital Ventures and Bling Capital.
- Kernel Intelligence, a document intelligence platform for commercial real estate documents, raised $935,000 of seed funding.
- KindredPM, an autonomous AI agent that streamlines residential property management processes, raised $350,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Sublynk, a cloud-based credentialing and project management platform that streamlines contractor workflows, raised $3.07 million through a combination of Seed-1, Seed-2 and Seed-3 funding from Range Ventures, FJ Labs, and Room & Pillar.
Accelerator/Incubator

Began his career at ABN AMRO Bank in Japan, and subsequently in The Netherlands in the Corporate Finance department. Was seconded to New York in 2006 to co-establish the ABN AMRO North America Corporate Finance M&A department and grew it by advising medium and large companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and capital structurings. Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
