- Anvl, developer of compliance safety software designed to modernize frontline worker productivity, was acquired by Benchmark Gensuite, via its financial sponsor Vista Equity Partners, through an LBO.
- Beeline, operator of a digital home loan lending platform designed to simplify financing, was acquired by Eastside Distilling.

Raise, developer of a commercial real estate platform designed to provide service in finding and managing the workplace, was acquired by JLL.
Later Stage VC
- Document Crunch, developer of an AI-powered document review platform, raised $21.5 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Titanium Ventures, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $80 million.
- Neeve, developer of a cloud infrastructure technology designed for smart buildings and spaces, raised $15 million of venture funding in a deal led by Cantor Fitzgerald and RXR Realty.

SuiteSpot, developer of a real estate technology designed to transform the way rental property is managed, raised Series A venture funding in a deal led by RET Ventures.
Early Stage VC
- Praxis, operator of a residential society building firm intended, raised $525 million of venture funding in a deal led by Arch, Global Emerging Markets and Manifold Capital Partners.
- Abode, developer of a property finance management platform, raised venture funding from Meridian Ventures.
Angel, Seed, and Grant
- Terran Robotics, provider of home construction services designed to specialize in automated adobe wall building, raised seed funding in a deal led by SOSV.
- Drawer AI, developer of an artificial intelligence software designed for developing construction drawings, specs and models, raised $5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Brick & Mortar Ventures.

Began his career at ABN AMRO Bank in Japan, and subsequently in The Netherlands in the Corporate Finance department. Was seconded to New York in 2006 to co-establish the ABN AMRO North America Corporate Finance M&A department and grew it by advising medium and large companies on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and capital structurings. Led the management buyout of RBS Bank Mexico and RBS Broker-Dealer Mexico in 2014 and spearheaded the subsequent growth of the bank as Head of Investment Banking & Corporate Development. During his tenure he supported companies with capital and financing solutions with a focus on companies in the US and Mexican energy infrastructure sector and fintech sector. Holds a master’s degree in economics from Groningen University, The Netherlands. Holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
