- Purebread Brands, a growing force in commercial real estate and food technology, operating fast-casual cafes, bakeries, and shared-kitchen facilities, received CAD 2.00 million of development capital.

- Figs Restaurant. a Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine restaurant based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania that offers Mediterranean cuisine with Moroccan influences in a bring-your-own-bottle dining setting and serves lunch, dinner, and brunch to its customers, was acquired by Mr. Landi Prendi.
- Gastonian, a bed and breakfast hotel intended to serve leisure travelers, couples, and guests across Savannah, Georgia, was acquired by Verdigreen Hotels & Residences.
