- Eagle Wing Tours, whale-watching services for marine wildlife observation, was acquired by Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality (NYS: PRSU) for CAD 24 million.
- Hot Dog on a Stick, fast food restaurant chain based in Atlanta, Georgia that offers hot dogs on a stick, French fries, churros, cheese on a stick, ice cream cones, lemonade, and other fast food products, thereby delivering a fast casual dining experience, was acquired by Amazing Brands for $8 million.
