PIPE

    1. Matternet, commercial drones that offers fully automated, battery-powered package delivery, received $33 million of development capital from Edward Eisler and Mark Tompkins through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Fid Labs, robotics agent platform that integrates AI agents with hardware development workflows, was acquired by Nominal.
    2. Motiv Space Systems, space robotics and motion control systems based in Pasadena, California, was acquired by Rocket Lab for $60 million.
    3. Nexera Robotics, robotic arm grasper for a wide range of applications, was acquired by Locus Robotics.

Later Stage VC

    1. 1X, humanoid robots that assists in tasks by providing labor through safe, intelligent humanoids that work alongside people, raised venture funding from Inertia Ventures.
    2. Acrylic Robotics, art tech robotics technology that produces authenticated painted artwork at scale, raised venture funding from Moonshot Ventures.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Apricity Robotics, semi-autonomous robots that delivers cardiac care, raised $5.46 million of Series A venture funding.
    2. Mind Robotics, AI-driven robotic systems for industrial optimization and operational transformation, raised $400.00 million of venture funding in a deal led by Kleiner Perkins.

Seed

    1. Stridar, robotic technologies for mine clearance that enhances safety and efficiency in humanitarian demining efforts, raised $1 million of seed funding from Hype Venture.
    2. Anvil Robotics, robotic hardware platform for accelerating prototyping and deployment of robotic systems, raised $5.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Matter Venture Partners and Humba Ventures.
