    1. Richtech Robotics, robotics and artificial intelligence technology company that develops embodied AI systems aiming to improve the efficiency and productivity of businesses, received an estimated $38.7 million of development capital through a private placement.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Fauna Robotics, humanoid robots that makes advanced robotics accessible and safe for everyday environments, was acquired by Amazon.com.
    2. Realbotix (Other Commercial Services), AI-powered humanoid robots that improves human experiences through connection, learning, and play, was acquired by Onconetix for $1.8 million.
    3. Scythe Robotics, intelligent autonomous robots that tackles challenges in unstructured outdoor environments, was acquired by Autonomous Solutions.

Later Stage VC

    1. Paladin Drones, drone technology that deploys autonomous drones to emergency calls, raised $17.01 million of venture funding from Umami Capital and other investors.
    2. Verdant Robotics, mobile autonomous agricultural robotics for high-value specialty crops, raised venture funding from ATEL Capital Group.

Early Stage VC 

    1. SafeWorld, robotics safety technology company that enhances human-robot interaction by using simulation and generative AI to identify rare and critical failure cases before they happen, raised venture funding from 515 Ventures and Umami Capital.
    2. Tangent Robotics, dexterous robotic manipulation technology that supports advanced physical interaction tasks, raised venture funding from Fly Ventures.

Seed

    1. Flyby Robotics, programmable drones that offers an autonomous drone system to clients, raised seed funding from Eigenstate Capital.
    2. HYPRLABS, AI-native robotic systems that enables machines to learn and adapt during real-world operation, raised $9.46 million of Seed-5 funding from Principal Venture Partners and other investors.
