Top 10 Robotics and Drones Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – July 16th – August 31st, 2025

Merger/Acquisition

    1. American Autonomy, software and enablement platform that integrates spray UAV drones into large-scale agriculture operations, was acquired.
    2. MARCo Health, robot for the treatment of mental health, was acquired by Eduscape.
    3. Vayu Robotics, robotics technology for autonomous systems, was acquired by Serve Robotics.

Later Stage VC

    1. Matic, home robots that offers autonomous vision-based machines that save people time and energy, raised $77.32 million through a combination of Series A Prime-1 and Series A Prime-2 venture funding from Hawktail and other investors.
    2. Milvus Robotics, autonomous robots that transforms the intralogistics environment by using autonomous mobile robots, raised $5.5 million of venture funding in a deal led by Türk Telekom Ventures and AK Asset Management.
    3. Temi, personal robots that interacts with humans, raised $10 million of Series D venture funding from Q-Run Holdings.

Early Stage VC 

    1. CRABI Robotics, autonomous marine robotic system that conducts in-transit cleaning of marine vessels, and remove biofouling, raised venture funding from c transport maritime s.a.m.
    2. Modovolo, modular, long-flight-time electric drones that enhances drone technology for various applications, raised $2.25 million of venture funding in the form of SAFE notes.

Seed

    1. Intuitive Autonomy, robots that simplifies future home living, raised $1.5 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
    2. Khameleon AI, housekeeping robots that automates and streamlines household cleaning tasks, raised seed funding from Bass Investment.
