Top 10 Robotics and Drones Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – October 16th – November 15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. Noryth Technologies, robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that builds a universal neural architecture, received development capital from Initiative Equity Partners.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Electric Sheep, robotics technology that addresses the outdoor labor shortage, was acquired by Oso Electric Equipment.
    2. Spyce, fully robotic kitchen that enhances fast-food production, was acquired by Wonder Group.

Later Stage VC

    1. Apptronik, robotics company that delivers and scales a variety of general-purpose robots, raised $331.40 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by B Capital Group.
    2. Carbon Robotics, robotics technology that supports weed elimination with advanced farming methods, raised $20.85 million of Series D2 venture funding in a deal led by Giant Venture.

Early Stage VC 

    1. ICARUS, solar-powered drone that acquires resolution imagery at scale, raised venture funding from Spot VC and Cyrus Ventures.
    2. SafeWorld, robotics safety technology company that enhances human-robot interaction by using simulation and generative AI to identify rare and critical failure cases before they happen, raised venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from 515 Ventures.
    3. Swarmer, artificial intelligence-powered drone technology for organizations to handle challenging or dispersed areas, raised $15.5 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Broadband Capital Investments.

Seed

    1. Cortex AI, robotics, and egocentric data platform that accelerates the advancement of embodied artificial intelligence in real-world environments, raised pre-seed funding from Spot VC, Pioneer Fund and 500 Global.
    2. Pinto (Hardware), automation robots that reduces labor costs and enhance the profitability of restaurants, raised $20,000 of seed funding.
