Top 10 Robotics and Drones Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – September 1st-15th, 2025

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Capriol, mobile machine tending systems that brings flexibility and efficiency to manufacturing with collaborative systems, was acquired by AtomTech Inc.
    2. Dexai Robotics, customized robots that simplifies commercial kitchens and quick-serve restaurant operations, was acquired by Sony.
    3. Rapid Robotics, industrial automation software and hardware that deploys robotic arms in the factory, was acquired by RobCo.

Later Stage VC

    1. Paladin Drones, drone technology that deploys autonomous drones to emergency calls, raised $17.01 million of venture funding.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Dyna Robotics, advanced robotic manipulation models that automates repetitive and stationary tasks, raised $120 million through the combination of debt and Series A venture funding in a deal led by First Round Capital, CRV and RoboStrategy.
    2. Verne Robotics, AI-based robot arm that streamlines the labor automation process, raised venture funding from J20 Ventures.

Seed

    1. Applied Impact Robotics, robotic inspection technology that penetrates and sediments to inspect the tank floor plates, raised $1.85 million of Seed Plus funding from Virginia Venture Partners, SoundBoard Venture Fund and Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation.
    2. Rendezvous Robotics, modular robotic systems for autonomous in-space assembly, raised $3 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Aurelia Foundry and 8090 Industries.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Cyphra Autonomy, autonomous robots that automates material movement, joined Suffolk Technologies as part of its Boost 6th Cohort and received $100,000 in funding in the form of SAFE notes.
    2. Puppet Robotics, artificial intelligence-driven collaborative robotics platform that supports construction tasks through imitation learning and remote operation, joined Suffolk Technologies as a part of its Bost 6 Cohort and received $100,000 in funding in the form of SAFE Notes.
