Merger/Acquisition
- OhmniLabs, developer of personal robots designed to connect people over long distances via video telepresence, acquired by Symbotic.
- Skytec, provider of geospatial data analytics services through the use of drone mapping and scanning based out of Chattanooga, United States, acquired by SmartDrone.
Later Stage VC
- AMP Robotics, operator of a recycling infrastructure platform intended to apply artificial intelligence and automation to increase rates and economically recover recyclables, raised $194.93 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by Congruent Ventures.
- ARIX Technologies, developer of a robotics and data analytics platform designed to offer field inspection services, raised $534,222 of venture funding.
- FarmWise, developer of farming robots designed to facilitate autonomous cultivation and organic farming, raised $13.7 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt from Riverstone Ventures and other investors.
Early Stage VC
- TerraHaptix, operator of a robotics company intended to offer unmanned support systems for civic, military, surveillance, payload operations, and other core industries, raised venture funding from Tofino Capital.
- Maple Advanced Robotics, developer of robotics technology designed for automotive manufacturer company, raised venture funding from China Canada Angels Alliance.
Seed Round
- CODE19 Racing, operator of an artificial intelligence multi-platform intended to focus on the commercialization of dual-use applications, raised $1.75 million of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
- Vatn Systems, developer of autonomous underwater vehicles designed to operate in cooperative swarms, raised $15.5 million of seed funding through a combination of Seed-1, Seed-3, and Seed-4 funding in a deal led by DYNE Asset Management.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Xplorobot, developer of a robotics and live digital twin analysis platform designed for workers in industrial facilities to optimize inspection processes through autonomous robots, joined Elemental Impact.
