- Civ Robotics, which develops unmanned ground vehicles that automate layout and staking tasks for large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects, raised $7.5 million in Series A funding in a deal led by AlleyCorp.
- Greensea IQ, an open-architecture software platform that drives technical advancement for defense, transportation, energy, and science applications, raised $18.45 million in venture funding.
- Magvation, an AI-powered collaborative robot that reduces preventable, error-causing factors in the operating room, raised $8.82 million in venture funding.
Early Stage VC

- Composabl, an intelligent autonomous agent-building platform that controls systems and makes decisions in real time, raised $1.38 million in venture funding in the form of convertible debt.
- HABIT (Electrical Equipment), which develops robotic deployment centers that reshape neighborhood services with robotics, raised venture funding from güil Mobility Ventures and gumi.
- Mach Industries, a defense manufacturing company that deploys products to ensure an allied American advantage in the face of increasing global competition, raised $100 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Bedrock (Financial Services) and Khosla Ventures.
- Nominal, a data infrastructure and analytics platform that helps engineering teams efficiently test and validate complex hardware systems, raised $75 million through Series B and B-1 funding in a deal led by Sequoia Capital.
- Tacta Systems, an advanced robotics company developing the nervous system for robots, raised $64 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by SBVA and Gemini Frontier Fund.
