- Seatrepid International, provider of subsea robotic services catering to commercial, governmental, and scientific sectors, was acquired by Nauticus Robotics.

- Agility Robotics, developer of bipedal walking robots designed to offer efficient, agile, and robust legged platforms for real-world applications, raised $400 million of venture funding from Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, Playground Global and DCVC.
- Apptronik, operator of a robotics company intended to deliver and scale a variety of general-purpose robots, raised $403.04 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by B Capital Group and Capital Factory.
- Chef Robotics, developer of an artificial intelligence-enabled robot designed to help food companies overcome the labor shortage and increase production volume, raised $43.1 million through a combination of debt and venture funding.
- FlyGuys, provider of drone services intended to make aerial data accessible and affordable, raised $3.26 million of venture funding.
- Performance Drone Works, operator of an AI-based autonomous UAS platform designed to maximize mission effectiveness while minimizing personal risk for the modern warfighter, raised $16.39 million of venture funding from Squadra Ventures and other investors.

- Contoro Robotics, developer of an artificial intelligence-powered robot intended to offer safe trailer and container unloading service, raised $13.50 million through a combination of Series A-1 and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Doosan Investment.
- Mito Robotics, developer of AI-powered robotic system designed to automate research-scale cell culture, raised $1 million of venture funding from Draper Associates.
- The Bot Company, developer of an AI-based robotic platform intended to build robots that give human beings a time back, raised $150 million of venture funding in a deal led by Greenoaks Capital Partners.

- Fauna Systems, developer of a biological robot platform designed to automate the discovery and production of biorobots at a commercial scale, raised $1.96 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt from Meach Cove Capital and other investors.
