- Datavault AI Inc, a technology licensing company that owns a portfolio of patented, secure platforms that redefine how data is managed, valued, and monetized in the modern era, received an estimated $60 million of development capital.
Merger/Acquisition
- Pivla, compliance and reporting software that manages prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements, was acquired by Lumber.
- Surge Solutions, digital lending software that serves lenders and loan originators, was acquired by New Cheval Holdings.
Later Stage VC
- Garner, a healthcare data analytics platform that improves healthcare quality and affordability, raised $100 million of Series E venture funding in a deal led by Index Ventures.
- Vi Labs, an enterprise AI platform for health that drives results at scale, raised $145 million of venture funding in a deal led by Revelstoke Capital Partners and The Pritzker Organization.
Early Stage VC
- Base Social, an online social club platform that connects people with similar interests, raised venture funding from Tetrad.vc.
- Fenrock, an artificial intelligence-based workflow and case management system that streamlines banking back-office operations, raised $3 million of venture funding from TRAC VC.
Seed Round
- Corvera, a software platform that manages supply chain operations for retail businesses, raised GBP 4.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Firstminute Capital and 6 Degrees Capital.
- VillaFact, a home intelligence platform that simplifies home and short-term rental maintenance through proactive property care, raised $250,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes.
