- GeoSpatial Innovations, business software solutions that help utilities save money and maximize efficiency, acquired by Spatial Business Systems, via its financial sponsor Peak Rock Capital, through an LBO.
- Webalo, an enterprise software that digitizes tasks and activities for frontline workers, acquired by Prometheus Group, via its financial sponsors Advent International, Genstar Capital and Leonard Green & Partners, through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- Aera Farms, an indoor vertical farming platform that grows fresh, nutritious leafy greens and microgreens year-round for healthier food access, raised venture funding from Preston-Werner Ventures.
- Concourse, an artificial intelligence-powered financial platform that offers treasury management services and automates manual treasury workflows, raised $12 million through a combination of Series A-1, Series A-2, and Series A-3 venture funding in a deal led by Standard Capital.
- SourceID, an artificial intelligence-powered identity verification platform that automates and manages customer and business verification processes, raised $1.5 million of venture funding from Benchstrength and Reflect Ventures.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Asurity, compliance-focused technology that automates and streamlines regulatory processes for the mortgage and consumer lending industries, joined Microsoft for Startups as a part of its Third Cohort of Switzerland AI Tech Accelerator.
- Inception Robotics, autonomous robotics technology that deploys safe and socially compliant robots in public places, joined MassRobotics as a part of its 2026 Healthcare Robotics Startup Catalyst Cohort.
Angel
- Relterra, partnership and collaboration services that deliver structured engagement and resource sharing, raised $50,000 of angel funding in the form of convertible debt.
- Tricorder Array Technologies, an AI-powered animal monitoring device that assesses the mental and physical condition of animals, raised $50,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
