- Cacher, cloud-based platform for managing code snippets and collaborative documentation, was acquired by Starr Holding Company.

- Eton Solutions, enterprise management platform that serves investment management firms and family offices, raised $58 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Navis Capital Partners.
- Waterly, wastewater management application intended to help communities manage their water, raised $4 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Burnt Island Ventures and Emerald Technology Ventures.

- Cutback, video editing application that automates repetitive actions in video editing to empower storytellers, raised KRW 3.5 billion of seed funding in a deal led by Base Ventures and Kakao Ventures.
- EZ Newswire, publishing platform that helps organizations manage and share announcements with media outlets, raised $6.15 million of seed funding from The MBA Fund, Reformation Partners Management and other investors.
