Top 10 SaaS Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – July 1st-15th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. D-Tools, a system integration software company that designs, maps, and documents internet-connected devices, received $2 million in development capital.
    2. Technical Toolboxes, a pipeline engineering software for pipeline engineers in the oil and gas industry, received development capital from Bessemer Venture Partners.

Merger/Acquisition 

    1. Apptium Technologies, a digital business enablement tools for managing cloud-based service delivery and customer lifecycle operations, was acquired by TD SYNNEX.

Later Stage VC

    1. APFusion, an automotive marketplace that helps salvage yards increase sales, raised $6 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by I2BF Global Ventures.
    2. TitanFile, an online document transfer platform for easy and secure exchange of files of all sizes, raised venture funding from Seva Growth.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Dev-docs, a documentation software that generates content from the codebase, raised venture funding from 468 Capital.
    2. Taffy Tree, an Al software platform that streamlines workflow management and enhance operational efficiency for digital agencies, raised venture funding from Baron VC.
    3. Triple Whale, a data management tool that turns e-commerce and marketing metrics into transformative outcomes, raised venture funding from Union Tech Ventures.

Seed

    1. Duranta, a software platform that streamlines landscaping operations, raised $7 million of seed funding in a deal led by Base10 Partners, Coalition Operators and Pear.
    2. ShiftUp, an AI-driven workflow automation software for sales operations, raised $3 million of seed funding.
