- Biblionix, a cloud-based library automation and management software that streamlines library operations and patron services, received development capital from Atlasview Equity Partners.
Merger/Acquisition
- Celero Commerce, a payment processing and business management software that provides electronic payment solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, acquired by Deluxe for $625 million.
- Cervo AI, an AI software that automates logistics workflows including freight traceability, warehousing, analytics, and carrier tracking, acquired by Altana Technologies.
Later Stage VC
- Balance Theory, a knowledge collaboration platform that helps security leaders share information and collaborate on cybersecurity operations, raised $19 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by SYN Ventures.
- Baton, a music collaboration and organization platform that helps creators manage, share, and edit unreleased music, raised $6.05 million of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
- Aranya, an infrastructure software that uses a self-healing distributed operating system to deploy production-ready AI infrastructure, raised $11.31 million through a combination of Seed funding from Uncommon Projects, Founder Collective and Asylum Ventures.
- Arrakis Technologies, an AI agent deployment platform that helps enterprises implement governed AI-driven workflows at production scale, raised $30.42 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Blossom Capital and Sequoia Capital.
Seed Round
- Pangram Labs, a text detection platform that identifies AI-generated, deceptive, and low-quality content at scale, raised $10 million of seed funding in a deal led by Menlo Ventures.
- Paraito, a title search platform that automates document collection and data extraction for real estate title examinations, raised CAD 2.65 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Inovia Capital.
