- Dealerware, automotive fleet-management software that helps dealerships and OEMs manage courtesy, rental, subscription, and mobility programs on a unified digital platform, was acquired by Wavecrest Growth Partners through an LBO.
- Neem, dental practice management software that streamlines and automates dental practices, was acquired by Dandy, via its financial sponsor RIT Capital Partners and Dubin & Co., through an LBO.
- PairSoft, a procure-to-pay platform that serves mid-market and enterprise companies with integrations, was acquired by TA Associates Management through an LBO.
Early Stage VC
- AskTuring, an AI-powered platform that accesses and analyzes proprietary data and automates complex processes, raised an estimated $12.5 million of Series A venture funding.
- Jura Health, a genomic health platform that expands access to whole-genome sequencing and delivers actionable genomic insights for individuals with rare and complex diseases while serving healthcare systems and underserved patient populations, raised $1.5 million of venture funding in a deal led by The Good Science Fund and other.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Bubble Lab, an AI-based automation platform that enables developers and technical users to build, manage, and automate data pipelines, joined Y Combinator as part of Winter 2026 and received $500,000 in the form of SAFE Notes.
- ideosphere, a decentralised subscription-based funding platform that supports scientific research and open-source projects, joined Blockchain For Good Alliance as a part of its Joint Funds Initiatives and received $10,000 in funding in the form of a grant.
- Niio Art, a discovery and display platform that promotes curated video and new media art, joined K-Startup Grand Challenge as a part of its Phase 3 cohort and received grant funding.
Angel (individual)
- OrgEQ, a communication process platform that addresses employee experience and operational issues, raised $520,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE Notes.
- Storytime Online, an online reading platform that enables children, families, and educators to access interactive children’s books in diverse languages, raised $10,000 of angel funding in the form of convertible debt.
