- Whoosh, cloud-based software that streamlines operations and enable proper member experiences at golf clubs, received development capital from Aspen Capital Group in September 2025.
Merger/Acquisition
- ClearFile, Software as a Service platform and consulting services that help regulated healthcare organizations navigate and automate complex regulatory filing processes, was acquired by Lumelight on September 9, 2025.
- VideoVerse, video technology platform that empowers both enterprise and individual content creators with disruptive, scalable technology, was acquired by Minute Media for $283 million on September 8, 2025.
Later Stage VC
- Reconnect, automatic monitoring and communication application that streamlines the remote monitoring of people on probation and parole, raised $3.32 million of venture funding from investors on September 9, 2025.
- Silent Push, cybersecurity platform that identifies and protects against threats, raised $10.00 million of Series B venture funding from Ten Eleven Ventures, Knollwood Investment Advisory and StepStone Group on September 12, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $132 million.
Early Stage VC
- NOSO LABS, AI-based field service software that enhances field technician performance, raised venture funding from Asylum Ventures in September 2025.
- Shush, mobile-focused network authentication services that improve convenience and reliability, raised $1.03 million of venture funding through a combination from investors on September 5, 2025.
Seed Round
- Evercycle, IT management platform that allows enterprises to choose and orchestrate ongoing lifecycle services programs, raised $1.14 million of seed funding from 11 Tribes Ventures, Looking Glass Capital and Innovent Capital Group on September 11, 2025.
- WinMoreBD, AI business development software that streamlines global government and commercial bidding, raised $185,000 of seed funding in the form of SAFE notes from an investor on September 8, 2025.
