- highlight.io, developer of enterprise software designed to provide transparency into the errors, interactions, and performance metrics on the front, was acquired by LaunchDarkly.
- Lodgistics, developer of a cloud-based hotel management platform designed to provide collaboration tools to help manage hotels, was acquired by Kipsu.

- Atomic Object, provider of software consultancy services, intended to design and develop custom software, raised $299,938 of venture funding.
- BettrData, developer of automated data operations software designed to consume high volumes of batch data with varied or evolving layouts, raised $4.94 million of venture funding in a deal led by Range Ventures and Growth Warrior Capital.
- Lightrun, developer of an observability platform designed to allow developers to solve production issues, raised $70 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Insight Partners and Accel.

- Cloud capital, developer of a cloud cost forecasting tool intended to forecast and optimize cloud spending, raised $7.7 million of venture funding in a deal led by Connect Ventures, Backed VC and MiddleGame Ventures.
- Revel, developer of a hardware control platform designed to empower engineers to write control software, raised $23.1 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Thrive Capital.

- Axilon, developer of an industrial application management system designed to improve industrial technology infrastructure, raised $4 million of seed funding through a combination of SAFE notes and equity.
- Minimus, developer of secure container images designed to minimise exposure and simplify vulnerability management, raised $51 million of seed funding in a deal led by YL Ventures and Mayfield Fund.
