Top 10 SaaS Capital Raises in the U.S. – February 16th – 28th, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

1. 1. Quadshift, operator of a vertical market software as a service (SaaS) company intended to transform commerce across multiple industries in North America, received an estimated $23 million of development capital from BDC Capital, Celtic House Venture Partners and other investors.
   2. ParkWise, developer of a community-oriented parking application designed to solve the street parking problem, had its stake sold by FasterCapital and Plug and Play Tech Center to PATRIZIA for $250 million.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

3. 3. Cedarcross International Technologies, provider of advanced technology solutions designed for industrial and commercial applications, acquired a 26% in the company for $1.7 million.
   4. Dashdive, developer of an observability platform designed to track cloud usage down to the individual invocation and database row, was acquired by Rhombus Systems.

Later Stage VC

5. 5. Relish IQ, developer of enterprise applications designed for consumer goods, energy, financial, healthcare, and public sector, raised $25 million of Series B venture funding from Volition Capital, Base10 Partners, and other investors.
   6. Sanas, developer of an accent matching software designed to reduce language barriers and accent mismatch while communicating, raised $65 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Quadrille Capital and Teleperformance.

Early Stage VC 

7. 7. Bridgetown Research, provider of AI-powered research services designed to assist with investment and strategic decision-making, raised $19 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and Accel.
   8. GrowthX AI, developer of AI-powered content creation and distribution platform aimed at enhancing business growth, raised $29.12 million of venture funding.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

9. 9. Finisterra Labs, developer of a decentralized platform designed for a universal repository and query interface for the world’s structured data, raised $3.75 million of seed funding led by Haun Ventures Management.
   10. FullEnrich, developer of a data enrichment platform designed to find and verify contact information for leads, raised $2 million of seed funding in a deal led by Kima Ventures, Flex Capital, and M-Fund Club.
