Top 10 SaaS Capital Raises in the U.S. – May 16th to 31st, 2025

Merger/Acquisition

    1. Galileo AI, UI design platform intended to create interface designs from natural languages, was acquired by Alphabet.

Later Stage VC

    1. StackHawk, application security platform intended for developers to find, triage, and fix security bugs before they deploy to production, raised $12 million of venture funding from Costanoa Ventures and Sapphire Ventures.
    2. Tailornova, 3D fashion design platform designed to automate and simplify the end-to-end apparel design and product development process, raised $500,000 of venture funding.
    3. Vetro Fibermap, fiber management platform intended to meet the needs of competitive ISPs, design engineers, and community fiber networks, raised $20 million of venture funding in a deal led by Resolve Growth Partners.
    4. WishRoll, social media application designed for music sharing, raised $17.11 million through a combination of Series A venture funding from LightShed Ventures, Uncommon Projects and Creator Ventures.

Early Stage VC 

    1. The Swarm, people and relationship data platform designed to help startup founders build and automate their recruiting engines, raised $8 million of venture funding from HubSpot Ventures, Motivate Venture Capital, Unpopular Ventures, and Trac.
    2. Zoca, AI-powered marketing platform designed to help local beauty and wellness businesses grow by improving their online presence, converting inquiries into bookings and retaining clients, raised $6 million of venture funding in a deal led by Accel.

Angel and Seed

    1. Seniorverse, operational software designed for adult daycare center management purposes, raised $2.1 million of angel funding.
    2. Nira Energy, digital map platform designed to help developers identify viable locations for energy projects, raised an estimated $65.5 million of Seed funding from Energize Capital and other investors.
    3. Sent.dm, messaging software designed to reach customers on the apps they use most, raised $4.12 million of seed funding from Urban Innovation Fund, Companyon Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners.
