Top 10 SaaS Capital Raises in the U.S. – November 16th-30th, 2024

1.  Certinia, developer of a cloud-based business platform intended to accelerate business value with comprehensive practices and intelligent analytics, received a development capital from TA Associates Management.

2.  ExpensePoint, developer of expense reporting software intended to serve businesses to streamline their financials, received development capital from Miramar Equity Partners.

Merger/Acquisition and Corporate

3.  BoostKPI, developer of a key performance indicator (KPI) observability platform designed to provide business data, was acquired by Inflection AI.

4.  Objective, developer of a low-code platform intended to build multi-search applications, was acquired by Upwork Global.

Later Stage VC

5.  Selector, developer of an operational intelligence platform designed to provide instant, actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures, raised $32.2 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Two Bear Capital and Ansa Capital.

6.  Aviz, developer of a network management platform designed to optimize, manage, and monitor network infrastructure with a focus on scalability, flexibility, and cost-efficiency, raised $17 million through a combination of Series A-1, and Series A-2 venture funding in a deal led by Alter.

Early Stage VC

7.  Horizen, developer of an inventory workflow platform designed specifically for ag retail, raised $4 million of venture funding.

8.  Upbound, developer of AI-driven software designed for b2b sales development, raised $100,000 of venture funding.

Angel, Seed, and Grant

 

    1. 40Grid, developer of a field-service software designed to weave pest control into everyday life, raised $2.90 million of seed funding.
    2. SurePeople, provider of cloud-based talent management and people analytics platform, raised $5.00 million of seed funding.
