Merger/Acquisition and Corporate
1. Network Capacity Solutions, developer of mission-critical network inventory management software designed for the global connectivity industry was acquired by Connectbase. This acquisition expands the Connected World offerings and provide unparalleled depth and precision to the global connectivity market for providers leveraging the platform.
2. Ocurate, developer of customer value prediction software designed to empower brands to focus on the right customer by predicting value and affinity was acquired by FenixCommerce.
3. Pronto, developer of an ecosystem management platform designed to support the entire partner lifecycle easily was acquired by Atheer. This acquisition combines Atheer’s connected worker platform with the company’s expertise in managing complex partner ecosystems, creating the first solution in the industry capable of supporting Service Network Operations both inside and outside the company.
Later Stage VC
4. PushPress, developer of a gym management software designed to help gyms grow faster raised $20 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Altos Ventures. This investment allows PushPress to accelerate impactful solutions for gym owners in an underserved market even more rapidly.
5. iTrust Pro, developer of a business management platform designed for lead generation raised $250,000 of venture funding.
Early Stage VC
6. Fixify, developer of an information technology (IT) help desk application designed to reduce waiting time and ticket queues raised $25 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Decibel Partners, Paladin Capital Group and Costanoa Ventures.
7. Opus Guard, developer of a content retention manager designed to simplify information governance across all SaaS products raised an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Atlassian Ventures.
Angel, Seed, and Grant
8. Matia, developer of a workflow management platform designed to offer effortless data management raised $10.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Secret Chord and Leaders Fund. The funds will be used to expand the company’s engineering and product teams, enhance platform capabilities, and support go-to-market strategies.
9. SocialCrowd, developer of an automated employee incentive platform designed to optimize the labor force through data and automation raised $4 million through a combination of Seed funding from VC 414, Bread & Butter Ventures, Serac Ventures and other investors.
10. Skipper, developer of a browser management tool designed to organize digital information raised $1.8 million of pre-seed funding.
