- Muon Space, a mission-optimized satellite constellation developer that delivers Earth observation data for real-time space-based decision-making, raised $250 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Eclipse Capital.
- NLM Photonics, an organic electro-optic material platform developer that enables energy-efficient, high-bandwidth photonic communications, raised $1 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity.
- Symphony Space, an orbital infrastructure company that provides reusable modular platforms for deploying and scaling mission-critical space hardware, raised venture funding from Female Founders Fund.
Early Stage VC
- Blackwing Space, a space technology developer that provides modular nanosatellite systems for affordable and rapid access to orbit, raised venture funding from Market Square Ventures and 615.vc.
- Inflection Space Systems, a spacecraft manufacturing platform provider that enables high-volume production and deployment of spacecraft, raised venture funding from Cape Fear Ventures.
- Leeta Materials, an advanced ceramic materials manufacturer that produces durable, high-performance materials for demanding industrial applications, raised $150,000 of venture funding.
Seed Round
- DexMat, a high-performance carbon materials manufacturer that produces lightweight conductive materials for electrification applications, raised $10.25 million through a combination of Seed-1 and Seed-2 funding in a deal led by non sibi ventures.
- Diffraqtion, a quantum imaging technology developer that improves detection and visual capabilities for aerospace and industrial applications, raised $9 million of pre-seed funding in a deal led by Plug and Play.
- Endeavor Optical Networks, an orbital data transport provider that uses laser communications and optical relay satellites for global data transfer, raised $10.75 million of seed funding in a deal led by General Catalyst and Andreessen Horowitz.
Angel (individual)
- Weatherwave Space, a smallsat constellation developer that provides high-frequency environmental intelligence for weather prediction and Earth sensing, raised $35,000 of angel funding in the form of SAFE notes.
