- Space-ng, a spacecraft autonomy company that develops computer vision systems for autonomous space navigation and operations, acquired by Firefly Aerospace.
- Solestial, a space-grade solar power company that develops solar modules for satellites and space infrastructure, acquired by York Space Systems.
- Linkwell Health, a digital health company that provides member engagement experiences for health plans and healthcare organizations, acquired by Duos.
Later Stage VC
- Galaxia Mission Systems, a space intelligence technology company that develops AI-driven data and mission solutions from space-based systems, raised venture funding from Wenova Ventures.
- Impulse Space, an aerospace components company that manufactures orbital maneuvering vehicles for last-mile space payload delivery, raised $500 million of Series D venture funding in a deal led by 137 Ventures and Banner VC.
- Mach Industries, a defense manufacturing technology company that develops autonomous production infrastructure for defense organizations, raised $300 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Infinite Capital (San Juan) and Ribbit Capital.
Early Stage VC
- Eclipse Space, a satellite infrastructure company that develops sovereign satellite constellations for nations and enterprises, raised venture funding from Space Capital, Tectonic Ventures and Ubiquity Ventures.
- Otter Aerospace, a space software company that develops autonomous operating systems for satellite constellations, raised venture funding from Mutant Ventures and Honey Stone VC.
Seed Round
- Atalanta, a mathematical artificial intelligence software company that develops verification tools for autonomous systems, raised $2.7 million of seed funding from In-Q-Tel and Felicis.
- Orbital (Los Angeles), a space infrastructure company that develops space-based data centers for artificial intelligence computing, raised $5 million of pre-seed funding.
