- Antares Nuclear, a transportable microreactor that supplies reliable power in remote or austere environments, raised $96 million of venture funding through a combination of debt and equity.
- Atym, an edge orchestration technology that leverages device containerization to increase safety, security, and IP protection, raised $350,000 of venture funding.
- Lonestar, lunar-based data storage systems that support off-Earth archival and computing purposes, raised $6.64 million of venture funding.
- Popcorn, a next-gen telecommunications platform that enables global connectivity without roaming fees, raised $5.03 million of venture funding.
- Quindar, a comprehensive cloud-based platform that supports satellite tests and operations, raised $18 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Washington Harbour.
- Star Catcher, a space technology firm that builds a space-based energy grid, raised venture funding from IPO CLUB.
Accelerator/Incubator
- Phantom Photonics, quantum sensors that operate in extreme use scenarios in space, underwater, and long-distance atmospheric applications, joined Gold Coast Tech Accelerator as part of the Dual-Use and Defense Tech Cohort.
- Blackstar Orbital, an autonomous space technology that enables rapid deployment and earth observation, joined Seraphim Space as a part of Investor Readiness Program Inaugural Cohort.
- Eta Space, cryogenic fluid management technology that advances a greener earth and more sustainable space, joined Seraphim Space as a part of its Space Florida program.
Angel (individual)
- Ivo, propulsion systems that transform space travel and power transmission through sustainable and efficient propulsion, raised $750,000 of angel funding in the form of convertible debt.
