Top 10 SpaceTech Capital Raises in the U.S. – April 1st to 15th, 2025

Later Stage VC

  1. Psionic, developer of navigation and perception technology designed for autonomous space vehicles, raised $16.52 million of venture funding from BlackForest Ventures and other investors on April 9, 2025.
  2. SpinLaunch, operator of a spaceflight technology development company intended to launch small space satellites and payloads into space, raised $12 million of venture funding from Kongsberg Gruppen on April 3, 2025.
  3. Turion Space, developer of spacecrafts intended to monitor and track space objects, remove orbital debris, and provide services to existing satellites, raised $20 million of Series A1 venture funding from Forward Deployed VC, Veteran Ventures Capital and Beyond Earth Technologies on April 2, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $35 million.

Early Stage VC

  1. Aetherflux, operator of an aerospace company intended to provide renewable energy to households, businesses, and military operations globally, raised $50.00 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by Index Ventures and Interlagos Capital on April 2, 2025, putting the company’s pre-money valuation at $220 million.
  2. Amca, developer and manufacturer of aerospace and defense technologies and tools designed for modernization and strategic advancement, raised $76.5 million of venture funding in a deal led by Caffeinated Capital on April 9, 2025.
  3. Larx, provider of data orchestration services catering to government and commercial customers, raised venture funding from Fulcrum Venture Group in April 2025.
  4. Phantom Photonics, developer of quantum sensors designed for extreme use scenarios in space, underwater, and long-distance atmospheric applications, raised venture funding from Quantacet in April 2025.

Seed Round

  1. AstronetX, provider of space-based observational and data services intended for spanning government agencies, the space science community, and the private sector, raised $1.30 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt from Baruch Future Ventures and other investors on April 1, 2025.
  2. NOVI, developer of hardware and data analytics designed to create low-latency intelligence with Artificial intelligence (AI) edge computing, raised $3.5 million of seed funding from AIN Ventures on April 14, 2025,
  3. Portal Space Systems, provider of space maneuverability services intended to empower the next generation of space operators to maintain space superiority, raised $17.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by AlleyCorp on April 1, 2025.
