- Prime Finance, private commercial real estate credit services that cater to institutional and qualified investors in the United States, received development capital from Bonaccord Capital Partners.
Merger/Acquisition
- Altus Group, appraisal and valuation business that serves institutional investors, lenders, and corporate clients across Canada, was acquired by Newmark Group.
- Benchmark Federal Credit Union, a credit union that improves the economic well-being of members through a lifetime of premier financial products and services, was acquired by Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union.
- IntelliCredit, credit risk management and portfolio services that operate in Raleigh, North Carolina, was acquired by OptimaFI.
Later Stage VC
- Credit Key, a business-to-business payment platform that offers a buy now, pay later function, raised $90 million of venture funding.
- Founders First Capital Partners, a proprietary platform that offers revenue-based funding and business acceleration support, raised $3.85 million of venture funding in the form of convertible debt.
Early Stage VC
- Ezra, a financing platform that provides funding to climate companies, raised $3.2 million of venture funding in a deal led by LMNT Ventures and Penny Jar Capital.
- Mad Capital, a financing platform that funds organic regenerative farmers, raised venture funding in the form of SAFE notes from Impact Assets.
Seed Round
- Cedar, an international payments platform that helps businesses make cross-border payments convenient and effective, raised $5 million of seed funding from Blue Moon and others.
- Earlyasset, software platform that facilitates venture secondary transactions, raised $2 million of seed funding in a deal led by New Stack Ventures.
