    1. Bleecker Street Group, supply chain holding company that acquires for long-term ownership, based in the United States, received development capital from Saltoun Capital Partners.
    2. eJOOV, logistics technologies that builds the right fulfillment operations for the e-commerce environment, received development capital from Liberty Hill Equity Partners.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. MoveMate, package delivery platform that provides the movement and shifting of items from one place to another, was acquired by MovingWaldo.
    2. Tealbook, enterprise cloud platform that provides analytics across the supplier base, was acquired by Supplier.io.

Later Stage VC

    1. CargoSense, logistics management platform that oversees the process through detailed insight and logistics intelligence, raised $5.61 million of Series A3 venture funding from MegaChips and other investors.
    2. Edray, supply chain management platform that simplifies the process of international transport, raised $10.90 million of venture funding from Charlotte Fund.

Early Stage VC 

    1. TracePass, supply chain traceability marketplace that verifies the origin and integrity of critical materials across global industrial supply chains, raised $341,000 of venture funding from Supply Chain Ventures and other investors in the form of SAFE notes.
    2. Two Boxes, returns management software that streamlines product returns from warehouse receipt to restocking, raised $3.2 million of venture funding in a deal led by Assembly Ventures.

Seed

    1. Corvera, software platform that manages supply chain operations for retail businesses, raised GBP 4.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Firstminute Capital and 6 Degrees Capital.
    2. kimaru.ai, artificial intelligence-driven decision intelligence platform for supply chain management, raised $500,000 of pre-seed funding from Indelible Ventures and other investors.
