    1. Fulflld, delivery services that streamlines and scales the entire distribution process, was acquired by dlivrd Technologies.
    2. Shipwire, cloud-based logistic platform that uses any combination of warehouses to ship internationally and domestically. was acquired by Stord.

Later Stage VC

    1. Interos, logistics assurance platform for supply-chain risk management, raised $20 million of venture funding in a deal led by Structural Capital and Blue Owl Capital.
    2. Pipedream (Logistics), autonomous underground rail system that offers near-instantaneous delivery of objects to and from homes and businesses, raised venture funding from The Scope Fund.
    3. Shappi, automated shipping platform that connects shoppers with travelers to deliver products by renting the traveler’s unused luggage space, raised venture funding from Market Square Ventures.
    4. Mytra, AI-based warehouse management technology for moving and storing material throughout the facility, raised $140 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Avenir Growth Capital.
    5. Countifi, inventory management platform for asset tracking and enhanced reporting, raised venture funding from MTX Ventures and other investors.

Early Stage VC 

    1. Quail, technology and capital support services that scales founder-led freight brokerages, raised venture funding from Struck Capital.
    2. TracePass, supply chain traceability technology for the automotive and defense sectors, raised venture funding from Supply Chain Ventures.

Seed

    1. Bloodhound Tracking Device, tracking and tracing technology system for businesses to detect shipments and containers, raised $8.47 million of seed funding in the form of convertible debt financing.
