Top 10 Supply Chain Tech Capital Raises and Investors in the U.S. – July 16th – August 31st, 2025

PE Growth/Expansion

    1. ACI Logistix, parcel logistics and distribution platform for online and offline commerce, received development capital from Federation Asset Management.

Merger/Acquisition

    1. E2open, end-to-end and cloud-based supply chain management SaaS platform, was acquired by WiseTech Global for $2.1 billion.
    2. FreightVerify, supply chain technology platform that offers real-time transportation visibility and business intelligence, was acquired by Overhaul.

Later Stage VC

    1. BinSentry, supply chain platform for agriculture to monitor critical operations, raised $70 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Lead Edge Capital.
    2. ketteQ, supply chain management platform that plans sales and operations, raised $20 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Vocap Partners.
    3. Overhaul, real-time visibility and supply chain management platform that brings compliance to global transportation, raised $105 million of Series C venture funding in a deal led by Springcoast Capital Partners.

Early Stage VC 

    1. BulkSource, enterprise software that helps bulk material suppliers conduct their supply chain easily and thus improve productivity, raised $3.23 million of venture funding.
    2. Lyric, AI-powered platform that transforms supply chains into first-operation management, raised $43.5 million of Series B venture funding in a deal led by Insight Partners.

Seed

    1. Friendlier, circular supply chain solutions for reusable packaging that makes reusables as scalable and convenient as disposables, raised CAD 4.5 million of seed funding in a deal led by Relay Ventures and Good & Well.
    2. Olivery, supply-chain platform for small to medium logistic companies, raised seed funding in a deal led by Ibtikar Fund.
