PE Growth/Expansion

    1. LeanDNA, cloud-based inventory and supply chain optimization software for manufacturing organizations, received $44.5 million of development capital from Accel-KKR and other investors.

Buyout/LBO

    1. Meperia, healthcare supply chain technology solutions that solves supply chain challenges in the healthcare industry, was acquired by Genesis Automation, via its financial sponsors Diversis Capital, Caphaven Partners, and IPF Partners, through an LBO.

Later Stage VC

    1. Activ Technologies, cloud-based multi-enterprise supply chain platform that offers real-time supply chain visibility and management, raised $810,000 of venture funding.
    2. Lula Commerce, digital platform that democratizes commerce and delivery enablement for convenience stores, raised $8 million of Series A venture funding in a deal led by SEMCAP.
    3. PAXAFE, risk management platform that predicts adverse supply chain events, raised $750,000 of venture funding.
    4. ShipCalm, logistics operation platform that fulfills the e-commerce shipping process, raised $435,000 of venture funding.

Seed

    1. Bloodhound Tracking Device, tracking and tracing technology system for businesses to detect shipments and containers, raised $8.03 million of seed funding.
    2. Silkline, AI-powered supplier management platform that offers tools for monitoring supplier performance, raised $4 million of Seed funding in a deal led by Origin Ventures Group.

Accelerator/Incubator

    1. Alisio, supply chain finance and payment management platform that streamlines early payment access for businesses, joined LvlUp Ventures and received funding.
    2. Shopra, artificial intelligence data intelligence platform that unifies supply chain, sales, marketing, and retail operations, joined TinySeed as part of its Fall 2025 Accelerator Batch and received funding.
